Hello, when logging into AIM 6.1 after it is patched using the Escargot patcher from the Nina.chat website, there is an error saying "a server error occurred." Is there a way to fix this issue?

Never mind, the issue is now fixed by updating the Escargot patcher. Version 1.2.0 from http://legacy.nina.chat uses an outdated patcher that does not work with AIM nowadays. Instead, using the latest patcher on the Nina.chat website, version 1.3.2, solved the problem.
